Ordering and creation process
Every memorial keepsake is individually handmade in our Doncaster studio using high-grade resin, crushed glass, dried flowers, and crushed opals, delicately set into sterling silver or 9ct gold. Because each piece is created by hand, subtle variations in shade and texture are a natural part of its unique character. All ashes, hair, or botanical inclusions are treated with absolute dignity throughout, and any unused materials are safely and respectfully returned along with your finished jewellery.
Production times and delivery
Our standard turnaround time is typically 4 to 6 weeks from the date we receive your precious inclusions at our studio. Once your jewellery piece has passed our meticulous quality inspection, it is packaged securely and dispatched across the UK using Royal Mail 48-hour tracked delivery. You will receive tracking details via email so you can monitor your parcel's safe arrival.
Bespoke orders, refunds, and warranty
Due to the deeply personal and custom-made nature of memorial jewellery, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once crafting has begun, in accordance with UK consumer law for bespoke goods. We stand by the craftsmanship of our settings with a standard warranty against manufacturing faults. To protect your warranty, please follow our care instructions: avoid exposing resin to harsh chemicals, prolonged direct sunlight, water submersion, perfumes, and extreme heat.
