How your commission is created
Getting started is simple. Contact us with your ideas, inclusion wishes, and preferred metal or colour options. We immediately send you a secure inclusion collection kit with a prepaid Royal Mail Tracked 48 envelope. As soon as your parcel reaches our Doncaster studio, we confirm safe receipt to give you absolute peace of mind.
Turnaround times and delivery
Because every item is meticulously shaped by hand, bespoke jewellery and memorial pictures take between 4 to 6 weeks to complete. Memory bears, ashes bears, and hand-knitted tribute bears take 6 to 8 weeks. Any unused ashes, hair, or sentimental elements are returned safely to you alongside your finished piece.
